Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your little one) to love your Tiny Magnetics jacket. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, visit our Return Portal . You’ll be able to request a return label and track the process online.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Simply select “Exchange” when starting your request in the Return Portal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

A $5 flat return shipping fee applies to all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping is free for exchanges and on all new orders over $100.

Final Sale Items

Please note: certain promotional or clearance items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
